Alfred + Google reviews

Turn happy visits into Google reviews, and hear about the bad ones yourself.

What it does

  • Add your Google review link once. The review card on your portal and the review-request emails send customers to it.
  • Ratings of three stars or fewer also land in your Inbox, flagged, so you can make it right.
  • Review requests go out after a visit, while it is fresh.
  • Works the same with Yelp, Tripadvisor, Facebook or any review page with a link.

How to set it up

  1. 1Copy the "Ask for reviews" link from your Google Business Profile.
  2. 2In Alfred, paste it in Settings → General, or on the review card in your portal editor.

Good to know

  • Every customer is offered your public review link, whatever they rate. That is Google's rule, and Alfred follows it.
  • Alfred does not pull in or reply to your Google reviews.
  • Review-request emails run on paid plans. The review card on your portal works on every plan.
