Alfred + Calendly

Keep booking on Calendly. Every booking flows into Alfred and starts the follow-ups.

What it does

  • New and cancelled Calendly bookings flow into Alfred, so you see who is coming and who dropped off.
  • Your Calendly link becomes the Book button on your portal, and Alfred adds it to every message that asks someone to book.
  • Every booking starts the confirmation, reminder and follow-up emails.

How to set it up

  1. 1In Alfred, open Settings → Integrations → Your booking tool, choose Calendly and save your booking link.
  2. 2In Calendly, go to Integrations → Webhooks, add a webhook for invitee created and invitee canceled, and paste the link Alfred gives you.
  3. 3It shows as connected when the first booking arrives.

Good to know

  • Customers book on your Calendly page. Showing open times inside your portal needs Cal.com.
  • A rescheduled booking arrives as a cancellation and a new booking.
  • The confirmation, reminder and follow-up emails run on paid plans. On Free, bookings are recorded but no emails go out.
