Alfred + Cal.com

Show your open times on your portal and take bookings straight into your Cal.com calendar.

What it does

  • Your portal shows the next two weeks of open times from your Cal.com event. Customers pick one and book with their name and email. No account, no app.
  • Ask Alfred can book a time for them in the chat, too.
  • Bookings made anywhere in Cal.com, new, moved or cancelled, flow into Alfred, so the customer and the appointment stay up to date.
  • Every booking starts the confirmation, reminder and follow-up emails.

How to set it up

  1. 1In Alfred, open Settings → Integrations → Your booking tool, choose Cal.com and save your booking link.
  2. 2In Cal.com, go to Settings → Developer → Webhooks, turn on booking created, rescheduled and cancelled, and paste the link Alfred gives you.
  3. 3To take bookings on your portal, add a Cal.com API key and the event type to book.

Good to know

  • Moving or cancelling a booking happens in Cal.com. Alfred keeps up with the change but does not edit Cal.com for you.
  • Your calendar stays in Cal.com. Alfred does not connect to Google or Outlook calendars itself.
  • The confirmation, reminder and follow-up emails run on paid plans. On Free, bookings are recorded but no emails go out.
