For studios, workshops and course makers

The class is full of people who loved it once.

Most students take one class, enjoy it and never book a second. The QR on the wall at the end of the session is the moment to fix that: the next date, a friend discount and a review while the room is still buzzing.

A more personal experience

Students who come back.

After every class, Alfred thanks each student, asks for a review and tells them what is coming up next, in your words.

  • A reminder the day before, so no seat goes empty.
  • After class, a review ask, and happy students can bring a friend.
  • Asked about classes? Alfred replies and invites them to try one.
  • Asked about a class in the chat but did not sign up? A next-day note with the next open spots.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers.

Everything you need to know, in a few clicks.

Still have a question? Ask us
Can students book a spot in a class with limited seats?

Yes. Classes with a calendar show open times to book, with a confirmation email and a reminder the day before.

We sell online courses elsewhere. Does that work?

Yes. A self-paced course can open your own enrollment page, next to the in-person classes booked in the portal.

Can we sell gift cards or class packs?

Not inside the portal. A picture card can promote them with a button that opens wherever you sell them now.

Do private lessons work?

Yes. Add a private lesson as its own booking with its length, and students pick an open time.

How do we bring back students who took one class?

On Pro, upload your booking history and Alfred shows who has not booked again. A check-in invites them to the next class once you approve the email.

Can the agent answer questions about kids classes?

Yes, from what your site says about ages and supervision. Parents book like anyone else.

Can we run classes in more than one room or location?

Yes, on Pro: each extra location ($49 a month) gets its own portal and QR code, with its own classes and calendar.

What if a class is cancelled?

Change it in your calendar. Students who booked through the portal have your contact row to reach you, and you can email the people on your list.
