What does the free plan include?

Your portal and QR code, for good. Customers can leave their details. Upgrade from Starter when you want the agent to answer, the follow-ups to run and our name off your portal.

Is there a free trial?

There is a free plan instead, with no time limit and no card: your branded portal, your QR code and up to 200 customers. Your agent answers chats once you add a reply pack (replies never expire), and follow-ups come with Starter and up. Pick a plan whenever you want: your portal, QR code and contacts stay either way.

Can I run more than one location?

Every account starts with one portal and one location. On Pro, you can add locations as a monthly add-on (see pricing), and each gets its own portal and QR code, with your customers, team and billing shared across the whole business. Locations are how you tell sites apart, not separate accounts.

Can you set it up for me?

Yes. Tick done-for-you setup when you choose a plan. We set up your portal, turn on your follow-ups and send your printed QR signs. It is a one-time charge, shown with the plans.

Can I remove “Powered by Alfred”?

Yes. Every paid plan removes it, from Starter up. Free portals show it.
