Can clients book online sessions?
Yes. Set the session up as a booking with its own length. Where it happens, in person or on a video call, is up to you.
Will the agent pretend to be me?
It answers as your business, from the details you give it, and hands over to you when a person is needed.
Do I need a website?
No. Describe what you offer and Alfred builds the page. If you have a site, it reads that instead.
Can I take payment when someone books?
Not inside Alfred. Clients pay the way they do today, through your invoices or your own booking tool.
How much time does it take each week?
Very little. You approve each follow-up once, and after that it runs on its own. Replies that need you come to your Inbox.
