Turn on your follow-ups
The emails that bring a customer back, already written.
- 1
Find them
Go to Follow-ups in the menu. Each one is already written: switch it on and it runs by itself. A follow-up stops the moment the customer books.
- 2
Grouped by when they happen
When someone gets in touch — New-lead follow-up (someone leaves their details on your portal); Missed-chat nudge (they chatted and left an email, but did not book). Before the visit — Booking reminder (they have a booking tomorrow). After the visit — Review & referral (the day after their visit); Unhappy-rating recovery (they rate you 1 to 3 stars); Visit check-in (two days after a visit you marked as done). If they don’t show — Missed appointment (a no-show or a cancellation).
The ones after a visit and after a no-show start from the visits you mark on Bookings.

Read the emails, then approve them once
Click View & edit emails on a row to read its emails and change them into your own words. At the top, the bar says "Read these emails once, then approve them": approve, and from then on they send by themselves. Prefer to check each one? Choose "Ask me before each email instead".
Each row says where it stands: "Sends by itself", or "Asks you before each email · Approve once". Emails waiting for your OK show on Home under "Sending today".

Which plan runs which
Starter runs the booking reminder and review & referral. Pro adds the new-lead follow-up, missed-chat nudge, unhappy-rating recovery, visit check-in and missed appointment. The free plan runs none.

Send one to people you pick
On Customers, tick the people you want, then Send a follow-up and pick one (the new-lead follow-up or review & referral). Alfred sends each email at the right time.
