Reading your morning brief
Retention driver — this is the habit that keeps you coming back.
- 1
What the Morning Brief is
Every morning, Alfred summarizes what happened overnight: new contacts, messages sent, replies received, bookings made, and anything that needs your attention. It's your daily read — one screen that tells you whether Alfred is earning his keep.

- 2
Where to find it
The Morning Brief is the first thing you see when you open Alfred's dashboard. It's also available as an email digest if you turn that on in Settings.

- 3
What to look for
Messages awaiting approval — these need your attention. Read them, edit if needed, approve or dismiss.
New contacts — who showed up overnight? Chat leads, portal sign-ups, email replies.
Journey activity — which automations sent, who opened, who clicked, who replied.
Scores that changed — who warmed up, who went quiet.
- 4
Make it a habit
The Morning Brief takes about two minutes. Open Alfred with your first coffee, approve what looks good, flag anything that needs a personal touch, and get back to your day. Alfred handles the rest.
If you see the same kinds of messages getting edited before approval, update your brand voice in Settings — teach Alfred the pattern once so he gets it right next time.
