Home and your results

What Alfred did this week, what needs you, and what your QR code earns.

  1. 1

    Needs you and Sending today

Home starts with what needs you: a customer who asked for a person, a low rating to follow up, a question Alfred could not answer, today's appointments. "Sending today" lists emails waiting for your OK, each with Approve. New businesses also get "Get your first customers through the door", a short list that ticks itself off as it happens.

  2. 2

    This week

The "This week" box shows portal visits (and how many came from your QR code), questions answered, new customers and bookings, with a line for ratings, messages, rewards claimed and customers who came back. "What Alfred did" lists the latest five things, and the latest review has its own card.

  3. 3

    What your QR code earns

Go to Analytics and pick 7, 30 or 90 days. "Your QR code" shows scans, how many did something and when people scan; See the details opens the rest. Below it: the cards people tap, feedback, who visits (device, how they arrived, language, where) and the chat.

  4. 4

    Reports by email

On Pro, Alfred emails a report every Monday at 8am: who came back after a follow-up, the messages it sent, who is overdue, portal scans and what to do this week. From Starter, you can switch on a short email each weekday morning in Settings → What Alfred tells you; it is off until you turn it on, and skipped on days with nothing to tell you.
