Teams and agents
Give each person on your team their own login, and each agent their own portal.

Invite your team
On Pro, go to Settings → Team to invite the people who work with you. Each gets their own login.

Agent portals
Real-estate teams can give each agent their own portal and login; agents see only their own customers. In Settings → Team, under "Adding real estate agents?", click Add them from a spreadsheet, each with their own portal.

See who did what
Conversations, Customers and Bookings can be filtered by agent, and Analytics → Agents shows each agent's portal visits, QR scans, messages, new customers and bookings.
