Yes. Each treatment shows its length and price on the booking screen, from the details you set.
Does Alfred work with Instagram?
Put the portal link in your bio. Clients who find you there can ask a question or book from the same page as the QR code. Alfred does not answer Instagram messages.
How do the offers work?
After someone rates you or answers your survey, your first-visit or come-back reward pops up. They leave an email to see the code.
Can we sell retail products?
The Shop button opens your own store, and a picture card can spotlight one product. Nothing is paid inside the portal.
Will it tell clients when they are due again?
On Pro, yes. Upload your booking history and Alfred works out who is due back, then emails them at the right time once you approve the message.
What if a client is unhappy with a result?
A low rating still gets your review link, and it also lands flagged in your Inbox. On Pro, Alfred writes privately to ask what went wrong and sends the reply to you.
Can each injector or aesthetician have a calendar?
Yes. Each provider can have their own calendar, and clients pick who they want to see.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
No Business Associate Agreement is in place today. Alfred handles booking, offers and questions about treatments, and clients should keep health details out of chat.
